For these samples, we used Red Heart Shimmer in #1944 Cherries Jubilee, a new variegated shade, combined with Red Heart Soft yarn in #9344 Chocolate and #4601 Off White. We think it makes the motifs look like peppermint chocolates in a candy box!

Begin with a ring and work Cluster Stitches into it--the pattern includes a step-by-step sidebar showing how to make these stitches.

Change color and add the next round of shell stitches.

Change color and work the third round, which is also shell stitches.

Change color and work another round of shells.

Finish with a single crochet edging.
