Sand and Sun tote
Submitted by CraftyGal1965 on Sat, 2009-06-27 11:41.I know it was suggested to use plastic, I am wondering about the macrame rings that Michaels still sells. I know they have the correct sizes. Just curious.

other possible yarns?
Submitted by normanack on Thu, 2009-06-11 04:23.What a neat pattern! Could you possibly recommend other fiber yarns? I love it in the yarn featured, but wonder how it would look in jute, or hemp, or something else. What would work with this pattern's needs?
I was wondering the same
Submitted by DanaReneeCrochet on Mon, 2009-06-08 09:24.I was wondering the same thing when I looked over the pattern. I haven't seen any rings (plastic or otherwise) that size at either of the craft stores nearby, but I was thinking they might have them at home depot or lowes?
It looks to me like plastic tubing was used for the one in the pic, and it seems like it was mentioned in the pattern.
