how or where do I get the pattern instructions?

Pattern

According to the tags listed below the picture, this project was printed in the Mar/Apr 2009 edition of the magazine. Unless you happen to have the magazine, or know of someone who does, your best bet is to order a back issue. Instructions/numbers/address of where/how to get back issues is located in the sidebar section found under the Subscriber Services link at the bottom of this page.

CONFUSED

I'm a little confused as what the pattern is asking me when you start to form the bottom of the armholes. could any one help me.?

Thanks-Ashley
