Cupcake Blanket

This is an adorable blanket, but there are a few problems with the printed pattern. First, the instructions tell you to make (8) circles, but you actually need (9). The other problem I had was for the cupcake portion in chocolate, the pattern calls for 60 rows, but even with a correct gage, this was way too few. Counting the "ribs" in the picture was what I finally ended up doing to even get close to the correct size, but it is still not 34". I had trouble finding the yarn for the frosting, and ended up using a different brand than specified, but was lucky enough to find one where the color was called "buttercream".
