CROCHET HOOK
•  Size G/6 (4mm) crochet hook or any size to obtain correct gauge
•  Size H/8 (5mm) crochet hook or any size to obtain correct gauge

•  14"/36.5cm diameter circular chair cushion insert or upholstery foam sheet—1"/2.5cm thick x 14"/36cm square (or larger)
