Use the smallest hook to begin working the skirt.

Row 7: Ch 2, skip first dc, sc in each of next 3 dc, *ch 3, sk ch-3 space, sk first sc, sc in next sc, ch 3, sk ch-3 sp, sc in each of next 7 dc.
Repeat from * across, ending with sc in each of last 3 dc and top of turning ch. Turn.

In the UPPER BACK AND SHOULDER section, the text should read as follows:

Row 37: Ch 2, sk first sc, sc in each of next 5 sc, ch 3, (sc in ch-7 sp, ch 3) 2x, continue in pat... [remainder of this line is correct]
Rows 59-63: Repeat rows 35-39.
Rows 64-92: Rep Rows 32-39 three times, then rows 32-36 once.
