Snuggly Tot's Dress from Nov/Dec 2008

Why isn't this pattern listed on the web site? I can't find it anywhere!! I really like this pattern too : (

Pattern

Since it wasn't a free pattern, you'll have to order the back issue.

I figured it out

I hadn't noticed the extra directions on the right page of the article. It explained it much better with pictures. I was doing the dc7tog in one stitch. That's why there wasn't a dc next to do the sc in.

Stroller blanket

I am confused on Row 2. I understand "With next color, ch 1, turn; sc in first 2 sts, (ch 3, dc7tog, ch 3..... but then I get lost. It then says "sc in next 3 dc). I don't get where those dc are. Are they from the coming shell, so I am to skip the three sc's that are next? It leaves a huge whole when I do that. Please help....
