Our Bobble Star Afghan [purchase the back issue here: March/April 2009) is a long-time favorite for wedding gifts and other special occasions. Take a look at how some of our readers have used this classic pattern.


Gatsbygirl went for drama with deep red yarn!


Telopea made a dark grey bed runner with two panels of the stars.


Of course, you can't go wrong with white, as deadkat did.


And we love the variegated purples and pinks in wychlip's version.

This would make a great CAL for 2013. I hope you are planning on doing a CAL this year. They are always fun, and of course, it gives us an excuse to buy more yarn. :)
